If there is a problem, there could be a connectivity issue between the watch and phone and we recommend these tips:
- Try turning the Auto Shot Tracking setting off and saving your settings.
- Then make sure your Golfshot app is open on the watch, and keep the screen on while you turn the Auto Shot Tracking setting to on.
We recommend allowing SwingML to download completely before starting a round so that the imagery may download. Starting a round before the software has downloaded successfully will prevent the aerial imagery from downloading to the watch.
**On rare occasions, miss matched versions of Golfshot can appear on the iPhone and Apple Watch, so a fresh install on both devices ensures that both devices are using the same version.
