The current implementation of Auto Shot Tracking on Golfshot requires the player to wear their Wear OS on their leading wrist (the front wrist of your swing). Please ensure that you are not wearing the Watch on your trailing wrist. If you are wearing your watch on the incorrect wrist or your settings aren't correct, you will receive an Orientation Not Supported message on the AST screen on your watch.
Since the feature relies on knowing the correct orientation of the watch sensors, you should ensure that your Watch orientation settings match the way you are wearing it. Wear the watch on your left wrist, the leading hand of your swing, and the Golfshot settings should indicate right handed.
On the phone app go to Settings > General > You Play > Choose Right Handed or Left Handed.
Right handed indicates you wear your watch on your left wrist and the left leads the swing.
Left handed indicates you wear your watch on your right wrist and the right leads the swing.
