What if the SwingML Auto Tracking software is not loading successfully on my Wear device?

** Auto Shot Tracking is a feature for Wear OS watches, it is not compatible with Tizen run devices.

First, ensure sure you phone is connected to wifi, we have found this helps!

Also check bluetooth is turned on for all devices: Ensure the watch is connected to bluetooth in the Galaxy Wear app (Galaxy Watch 4 and newer) or the Wear OS app.

We have also found that disabling wifi on the watch device helps before following the next steps:

Ensure the watch app is on the same version as the phone app. On your Wear OS device, go to the Google Play Store > Scroll down to "Manage Apps" > Any app updates will be shown here.

Then follow this sequence

1. Turn Auto Shot Tracking off in settings
2. Restart both your phone and watch
3. Turn this setting back on with the watch and phone nearby with the watch screen on and open to Golfshot
