First, ensure your phone is connected to wifi, we have found this helps!
Also, check Bluetooth is turned on for all devices: Ensure the watch is connected to Bluetooth in the Wear OS app.
We have also found that disabling wifi on the watch device helps before following the next steps:
Ensure the watch app is on the same version as the phone app. On your Wear OS device, go to the Google Play Store > Scroll down to "Manage Apps" > Any app updates will be shown here.
Then follow this sequence:
- Turn Auto Shot Tracking off in settings
- Restart both your phone and watch
- Turn this setting back on with the watch and phone nearby, with the watch screen on, and open to Golfshot
** Auto Shot Tracking is a feature for Wear OS watches.
