Why does my Swing ID dashboard display NA?

There are a few reasons why N/A would be displayed for some categories on your Swing ID dashboard. The newest Swing ID categories utilize Apple’s newly released High frequency motion data. This is only available on Apple Watch Series 8, Ultra and newer.

Generally, the Swing ID dashboard needs at least 10 saved swings to calculate an average for a category.
You can also double check the following:

• Watch OS is updated to OS 10
• iPhone is updated to iOS 17
• Motion and Fitness setting is turned on*

To turn on Motion and Fitness: iPhone > Settings > Golfshot > Motion and Fitness > ON.

If you do not see this setting go to the Golfshot app > ensure that Auto Shot Tracking is enabled in settings > Start Round > enable this setting when prompted.

If you have all the latest OS updates, and a series 8 or ultra watch, make sure to double check the Motion and Fitness setting. This is necessary to receive the High Frequency motion data needed for this new technology!
