A loading message on the GPS screen on the watch can occur when location settings need to be adjusted.
Please follow these steps!
Try doing a hard reinstall of your Golfshot app and that bluetooth is enabled for your devices.
- Go to Golfshot Settings > GPS, Scoring, Caddie > GPS Sleep Delay > Check that GPS Sleep Delay is set to anything except "Never On".
- If "backgroundGPS" is not set to 0, check the watch location settings: Swipe down from the home screen > Select Settings (cog icon) > Location > Location should be toggled to On.
- If Location is on, check that Location permissions are enabled for Golfshot: Swipe down from the home screen > Select Settings (cog icon) > Apps > Golfshot > Permissions > Location permission should be On. (note: permission location may be different depending on the Wear OS device).
