Why is my score wrong?

There are a few different variables that could cause your score to seem incorrect. Check these settings:

Check that the scorecard data is correct, including stroke index and slope and rating. Contact our support team if these values are incorrect: support@golfshot.com
- Go to Settings > Account > Average to Par > Make sure your Average to Par is the value you are assuming it is.
- If you are scoring using your course handicap, ensure that you turn "Calculate Net Scores" to ON in the round set up menu.
- Verify that you chose the correct scoring system: Stableford vs Stroke Play.
Your net score or stableford points are calculated based on your World Handicap Style, course difficulty and course handicap. The course handicap is reflected by the dots on your scorecard.
