The cancelation steps will depend on where you purchased your subscription. If you need assistance on where your subscription is help please contact us.
You can cancel your subscription auto renewal at any time by following the steps below.
All subscriptions come with a receipt, if you received a receipt from Apple or Google Play: this means you purchased in app and follow the steps for these platforms. If you received a receipt and renewal notice from Golfshot, this means you purchased from our website. Please check the email you use with Golfshot to verify which platform you used to purchase a subscription or contact us.
You can view your subscription terms under settings > account > subscriptions inside the Golfshot app.
This screen provides how many days are remaining in your current subscription, at the end of this your subscription will renew unless canceled.
To cancel on Apple/iOS
1. Launch the settings app on your iPhone
2. Select your name at the top of screen
3. Select Subscriptions
4. Click on the Golfshot app under Active (If Golfshot is listed under Inactive this means your subscription has already been canceled and expired)
5. Click Cancel Subscription and Confirm
6. You're all set and you will not be charged!
To cancel on Android/Google Play
- On your computer, go to subscriptions in Google Play.
- For the subscription you want to cancel, click Manage.
- Click Cancel subscription.
- Within the confirmation pop-up, select a reason.
- Click Continue.
To cancel on Golfshot website
1. Navigate to play.golfshot.com and sign in.
2. Click on the arrow next to your profile picture in the upper right hand corner of the screen
3. From the dropdown chose Settings
4. Click on Subscriptions on the left
5. Select View Details
6. Toggle on Cancel my subscription when it expires (It should be red) and press save
