There are 3 separate platforms which a member can purchase our subscriptions.
Through our website, on Apple or on Google Play - depending on your device. Where you purchased Pro or Golfplan determines how to cancel the subscription. All subscriptions come with a receipt, if you received a receipt from Apple or Google Play: this means you purchased in app and follow the steps for these platforms. If you received a receipt and renewal notice from Golfshot, this means you purchased from our website. Please check the email you use with Golfshot to verify which platform you used to purchase a subscription.
You can view your subscription terms under settings > account > subscriptions inside the Golfshot app.
This screen provides how many days are remaining in your current subscription, at the end of this your subscription will renew unless canceled.
For canceling on Apple/iOS
You can access your Apple account's subscription section by going to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions on an iPhone or iPad. You can also manage your subscriptions through the App Store app.
For canceling on Google Play

For canceling on our Website (this is only for members who purchase on our website and not in app)
Go to play.golfshot.com and sign in. Go to settings from top right dropdown > Click Memberships > View Details. Turn the auto renewal off here. If you received a renewal notice from Golfshot simply click on the Manage Membership blue button to get to this subscription management and cancelation screen.

After much searching, I was able to find the way to cancel my subscription.
Please make it simpler for all golfers.
