If you see a "Start round on phone" message on your wearable device, try these steps to ensure you have a good connection between your phone and watch.
Ensure both devices have Bluetooth ON then go to the Galaxy Wearable app > Home > Verify that the watch is "Connected using Bluetooth".
If you still see the message, end the round on your phone, then force close the app on both devices.
Force close on your Android device: Swipe up on Golfshot from Task Manager.
Force close on your Tizen: Press the bottom right button and navigate to "Recent apps" and swipe up on Golfshot
Then launch the Golfshot app and try starting the round again. The round should then be started on your watch!
